Shipping & Handling charges are as follows:

 

$15.05 flat rate priority for domestic shipments to all states within the USA and USA Territories

$38.00 flat rate for all international countries we ship to, worldwide

The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days, and 10-15 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Although presale items may ship much sooner, please allow 30 business days from date of purchase for your item to be shipped. Thank you for your patience.
